Site Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder Agreement,
and to our personal information gathering and dissemination

Customer Registration.
In order to use many features of the Web Site,
you must have completed and submitted the Cardholder
Agreement, provided certain information and successfully
created a login and password to access your account
with us. We collect the information provided for the
purposes described below and use the login and password
to verify your identity, as well as for our internal
use in maintaining your Web Site account and other uses
described below. You do not need to be a customer to
access publicly available portions of the Web Site.
Disclosure of Personal Information.
As a normal part of providing the Services,
Plastic Now Inc. must disclose certain personal information
to third party service providers. For example, Plastic
Now Inc. must provide your mailing address in order
to manufacture and send your card. Plastic Now Inc.
must also provide certain financial information to credit
card processing companies in order to process payments
for the Services. Plastic Now Inc. may also disclose
personal information to customer service companies as
a part of addressing technical or service-related issues.
Your non-aggregated specific personal information will
not be sold, rented or made available to anyone other
than Plastic Now and/or its third party service providers
unless you have given us express permission to do so.
Plastic Now Inc. reserves the right to co-operate with
law enforcement and other officials in any investigation
requiring either personal information, including any
information provided online through the Website, or
reports about customer activities. Plastic Now Inc.
also reserves the right at any time to disclose any
personal information: (i) to comply with any applicable
law or regulation; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary
or appropriate to the operation of the Services or the
Website; and/or (iii) to protect the rights or property
of Plastic Now Inc. and its users, partners, providers,

in order to make your use of the Web Site more productive.

Personal Information.
The personal data collected in the online application
form is necessary for our validation process. We will
be performing an identity check from the Credit Bureau.
This is a confirmation of your identity only. It will
not give us access to your personal credit information.
Neither will it impact your bureau scores nor will it
be visible to any Creditors. It will only be visible
to you in the event that you decide to obtain a copy
of your credit files from the bureau.

This Web Site contains links to other web sites. We
are not responsible for and shall not have any liability
arising from the privacy practices or the content of
other web sites.
Information Regarding Former Customers.
We disclose nonpublic personal information about former
Cardholders with inactive Cards only in accordance with
this Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.
Security Precautions.
The Company takes precautions to protect data and information
under its control from misuse, loss or alteration. The
Company's security measures include industry-standard
technology, equipment and procedures to help protect
your information, and we maintain security measures
to allow only the appropriate personnel and contractors
access to your information. Unfortunately, no system
can ensure complete security, and PLASTIC NOW INC. and
its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates disclaim
any liability resulting from use of the Web Site. If

policy of the succeeding legal entity will then govern
the personally identifiable information that we have
collected from you under this Privacy Policy. However,
if applicable law prohibits the succeeding legal entity's
privacy policy from governing your personally identifiable
information, then this Privacy Policy shall continue
to govern.
